We welcome all RV sizes! Our sites are spacious and can accommodate everything from small travel trailers to large Class A motorhomes. Three of our sites feature level concrete pads that are especially convenient for larger vehicles. If you have specific size concerns, feel free to call us and we'll make sure we have a site that works perfectly for your rig.

WiFi via Starlink is complimentary for overnight stays and short visits (up to a week). For monthly tenants, WiFi is available for a small additional fee. The connection is reliable and fast enough for streaming, video calls, and remote work – a rarity in rural settings!

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We understand that pets are part of the family. We ask that you keep your pets leashed when outside your RV, clean up after them, and ensure they don't disturb other guests. Please contact us directly if you have specific questions about breed restrictions or multiple pets.

Each site has access to a lockable 6x4x6 metal storage building for just $20 per month. These are perfect for storing outdoor equipment, bicycles, tools, seasonal items, or anything you want to keep secure but easily accessible. You provide your own lock, giving you complete control over access. The buildings are weather-resistant and well-maintained.
